We broke ground on 10/20/99.  By 11/18 the footings were already in place and reinforcing bars were being installed in preparation for the concrete formwork.

This house was designed as a Spec Home for a developer.  A balance of  quality materials and price was the main driving force throughout this project.  Please come in and visit inside.
