  22 residential units, 40 parking spaces.

  72 residential units, 90 parking spaces

  100 residential units, 2,500 sf retail, 200 parking spaces

This on-going project consists of 22 residential units, 2 of which are COAH, designed in 4 residential stories.  We have also designed a 2 tier garage for 40 parking spaces.  This is possible because of the existing grade difference of this corner lot.  All this in a triangular lot that is 11,500 sf.!

We have worked closely with the developer and city officials to achieve the most beneficial results, which means a project that can be approved by the boards and will be economically profitable for the development team.

This project, approved by the Planning Board, consists of 72 market rate units and a 90 space parking garage.

Again, this building is the product of close collaboration between city officials and the development team.  The building has grade level, covered parking (steel and concrete) and 4 residential stories above. (wood construction)
